Ok, this really got me laughing, the wife of one of our directors works in the accounts department here where I work (im the IT Manager)

I was "personally" called over to resolve a problem with her computer, the problem was supposedly requiring immediate attention.

I arrived there, only to find her pointing at the bottom right corner of her screen and a slight discrepancy, the "Task Bar" had some "black bits on it", it was there the task tray is, sometimes it doesnt refresh correctly, and leaves little discrepancies behind.

Well, a quick F5 to refresh the screen and disater averted !!

That kind of stuff makes me hate working in tech support. Maybe people should be licensed by the government before working with computers? ;)
