Hi there, what aspects need to be taken into account when designing a corporate site for a web development business? I'm really struggling for inspiration. I've come up with few concepts which have been great in my head, but havn't really worked when put into practice.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm bloody stuck here!

When I'm stumped for ideas, I usually go check out something like coolhomepages.com. Obviously you shouldn't rip, but looking at other great sites helps to get the creative juics flowing...

Consider the theme of the site. The color schemes also depend on the site theme. If the contents are important, then use less graphics as it will download fast. Also go through good sites and look at what special they have and learn from that.
