As far as I know, yes!

I've only worked with directi, enom, stargate (resell.biz), and netearthone, and all of them give your control to make changes if necessary.

Is control panel for me as reseller and for my client difference? Like as in webhosting WHM panel for reseller and cPanel for client?

Not that much experience with enom, but for the others, no. You have more options they they would, but other than that, no.
