Loogs good, BUT (you heard that comming) I personally would like the table borders to be regular lines....

Honestly? The design just doesn't cut it for me... I'm not sure if you're going for the 'professional' look or the 'fast loading, text based' look. That template could probably be changed to a fast loading one with just text which many people would probably like. At least it's different to the other designs that have been made which have been graphics intensive.

Its a good start. I don't recommend trying to sell this but just use this as a test. Build this one with everything for cpanel, test it and so on. Then add more gfx to it or something to make it look more professional. If you need a hand with anything just let me know, I will try and answer as much as i can. You just need to find your unique style.
