View Full Version : vBulletin Customization, Design, Integration and more
CoreyW 08-28-2002, 05:31 AM Hello.
Ravio just opened and I would like to offer an invitation to our web site. We offer all types of vBulletin work from designing, to customizing, to even a premade skin for sale! The premade skin is only 30 dollars and comes with 1 year of members access. It even includes a free upgrade for when vB3 comes out!
Beyond vBulletin we also offer Web Design work. Feel free to check us out and our portfolio.
Our location is: http://www.ravio.com
Thank you
BattleForums 08-28-2002, 05:35 AM Very nice site... good price for the vbulletin template too. But... $500-$1000 for a custom vbulletin style? I could see that pricing if you offered template modifications too... but just for a style seems a little overpriced. Other than that, nice site
CoreyW 08-28-2002, 05:37 AM Thanks for the comment, but these are the costs I have been using for months now and business is very well with them. I apologize if they seem high to you. Please do remember, that the costs that range high have alot of customization involved. Such projects take 1 months time. I think for 1 months work, this is not high at all.
BattleForums 08-28-2002, 05:47 AM Glad to hear your business is doing well and no need to apologize to me just cause I posted my thoughts on your prices. Your description was vague when it came to exactly what you get for $1000, so perhaps you give more than you actually posted.
CoreyW 08-28-2002, 06:11 AM Yes I have since updated the page. Thats what is tough about the range for a vB style cost. Some are extremely customzed, (ie a current client is paying to have a vBulletin turned into a classifieds set up), to extremely simple. Ive updated to include basic style costs as well.
Thanks again for the suggestion!
JonathanVH 08-28-2002, 07:56 AM Not that you really need any reccomendations, but I highly reccomend Ravio & Corey, they did the design the ViperHost currently has and I can honestly say that the site has never looked better.
The prices may seem high to some but for the quality of work that is given as well as the effort placed forth, makes it 100% worth it hands down.
Azaloth 08-28-2002, 08:57 AM Beautiful site. I'm a big fan of Corey's work and his prices are too LOW for someone of his skill level. Not too high...
Good luck with Ravio, Corey.
CoreyW 08-28-2002, 12:03 PM Thank you Jonathan and Azaloth!
Informity 08-28-2002, 12:16 PM The people here are cheap tho :D $100 is too much for most of them...
Fremont Servers 08-28-2002, 12:27 PM How many premade skin selection do you have available?
CoreyW 08-28-2002, 12:52 PM Asia> One at this time. Right now I am testing the waters on whether its something people are interested in, or not. 5 more will be added at the end of September, depending on how sales are in the first month.
Thanks for your question.
CodeGuy 08-28-2002, 01:43 PM Nice work. I think you would do even better (around here) if you had maybe 5-10 pre-made templates at the $30-$50 range for easy and quick sales and then offered to make minor changes to them such as the color or button set for an extra $25-$50 so the Skin would be a one of a kind but still easy for you to make and cheaper for everyone to buy. You will have minimal work and anyone could have a "custom" VB skin for $75-$100. then those that really want and need the full custom work you could sell for the $500 :D
Just my 2 cents... got anything for sale at that price?? :D :D
