This sale is for a Perpetual license (as well as several addon licenses), which does not require you to pay the $25 every six months for support and upgrades. As .Professional has stated, the licensing structure has changed since the release of 2.2, and this license is no longer available. This is a full license, just modified in that you don't need to pay for upgrades on it
