Ok, this is the case. I run Australian Based company, and i would like to get Online Merchant Account. I've applied to get merchant account from Charge.com but they said, "because your business is not U.S. based,
Charge.Com will be unable to issue you a merchant account at this time. " Could anybody suggest me where i could get merchant account?

Does anybody knows any Australian Online Merchant Account provider???

I'm not sure about actual merchant accounts, but you might only require a less expensive payment system.

Some that people usually use in no specific order are:
- HostCharge (www.hostcharge.com)
- RevEcom (www.revecom.com)
- PayPal (www.paypal.com)
- 2Checkout (www.2checkout.com)

There are others, but I don't think they're really worth noting. All these support Australian customers.

There are a few merchant account providers who provide accounts internationally...but I'm not sure.

You can try sfcommerce and worldpay.

I hope someone else on this board will give you better information.

Get a merchant account through Wells Fargo and then AuthorizeNet.

We prefer authorize.net and paypal.
It's very easy to work with them.
