Hi,

1) When we create a sub-account, do we have to refill our account? Say our account is at $0.00, can our sub-accounts register domains anyway?

In other words, do sub-accounts work independently?

2) When we set prices for sub-accounts, can we set the same prices as ours?

For an example, if our prices are $7.20 per domains, can we set $7.20?

Thanks!

Your sub-accounts are very independent from you. Aside from the fact that you set pricing and get commission, there is no other tie between parent and sub-accounts. So yes, sub-account do need their own refills.

You can set the pricing the same as your own.

Don't forget that you owe eNom $0.95 + 3% for each domain, so you have to adjust your $7.20 to account for that.

Well, if it is a sub-account, you don't have to worry about the CC fee, since sub-accounts will have to pay for themselves the registration fees, including the CC fee.

That depends on whether or not it's a retail sub-account or a reseller sub-account. If it's a retail sub-account then the minimum price you can set must take into account CC fees.

Best wishes,
Simon.

I have a reseller sub account. Do I need to deposit any money in the account if I use registry rocket before anyone can purchase domains? Also, I noticed that I can set the regisrty rocket prices below my actuall resell price. I am assuming that it wouldn't allow somebody to actually register a name if I don't have any money in the account to cover the difference.

You can use registry rocket with enom's CC without having to refill your account.

I am not sure about how you could set the pricing to be lower than you actual pricing. It may take it out of your balance, make your balance negative, or refuse to take registration.

Of course, now that you know, you won't be setting it to be too low. :)
