"We know how hard it is to set up a new web hosting business and how much money you need to spend on your new servers, merchant account, promotion, etc. We've been there before. That's why, due to our customers' requests, HostVelocity now offers a FULLY featured reseller plan with WebHostingManager and CPanel for our customers.
We already did over 50% of the work for you by setting up the servers, creating all the scripts, etc., so all you need to do now is promote your service and provide support to your customers. Here's how it works:
In order to become a reseller, you first need to sign up for our CORPORATE PLAN. After you do so, we can convert it into a RESELLER PLAN at no extra charge (simply send us an eMail requesting this). You will immediately receive a WebHosting Manager script that will allow you to add, delete and edit your clients accounts with great ease and all of your clients will receive a free, custom control panel which will make your life easier.
Resellers get a discount on all of ours (already one of the lowest-priced plans in the industry) plans, so they can charge more and make a higher profit:
1-10 accounts = 10% OFF each account, no setup fee
11-25 accounts = 20% OFF each account, no setup fee
25-50 accounts = 30% OFF each account, no setup fee
51-200 accounts = 40% OFF each account, no setup fee
201+ accounts = contact us for a custom deal
* (you can charge up to $30 for the setup fee for EVERY account)
* ONE-TIME PLAN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RESELLERS
NOTES:
1) You must bill your clients yourself. We will help you, however, to setup a way to process your clients' credit cards with $0 set up costs, if you don't have your own merchant account.
2) You must provide support for your own customers. You can ask us whatever questions you have and we will be more than happy to assist you in solving your problems, but in general, we should be invisible to your customers.
3) You cannot purchase yearly or six-month contracts for any of the resold accounts. You can offer contracts on your end, but you need to purchase all of our plans on a month-by-month basis.
4) In order to activate your "RESELLER" status, you need to pre-purchase 5 credits/accounts. For example, you can buy 3 economy plans, 1 executive and 1 corporate plan to start off your business. After that, you can purchase resold account in units of 1.
5) If you purchase 10 account credits with a 10% discount, the next level of discount (20%) will NOT affect the existing clients. In order words, if you have 30 clients, you will have 10% off for the first 10 customers, 20% for the next 15 and 30% for the rest of them which is 5 (until you reach 50).
