Can any one recommend a Domain Registrar that has email forwarding that allows me to set up forwarding so

user1@domain1 > user1@domain2
user2@domain1 > user2@domain2
userx@domain1 > userx@domain2
etc

But with just one rule that covers everything not having to create everything individually

I think that would be called domain aliasing, I am not sure of a domain provider that does it but some e-mail systems can do it.

Dynadot and mydomain.com are specially good on that.

you are talking about the email forwarding. Email forwarding is a rule that tells the system to forward all the emails sent to abc@domain1.com to abc@xyz.com. Many registrar offers email forwarding. I cant name my favourite registrar here as the forum admin thinks I am advertising :)
