I am currently starting a small web hosting company and I just wanted to get you guys opinion on what's the best dedicated server provider in the market?

There are no best dedicated server provider in the market, only having the providers that suit your needs.

As others have said, it really comes down to your requirements. There are several decent Dedicated providers.

When choosing a company a couple of important bits to note:

1. Whats their support coverage for reboots/remote hands/KVMOIP or remote reboot?
2. Whats their response time for hardware replacements
3. Network SLA
4. Price
