I'm not sure if this applies to this forum, or any forum, but here is an interesting job request I have... we are recording messages for our phone system, and we need someone with a unique, professional, friendly voice... (like people you hear on television!)

If you think you have that, contact me at my email listed below... Paying up to $100 USD per message... we need 3 messages at the moment... maybe more later...

Email me .;)

Hey! I wouldn't mind doing that. That sounds like fun. :-D $100 for one message? That's a good deal. I have three questions though..

1.) Would you send instructions on how and what to record over the phone?

2.) Would you have to call me on the phone to listen to my voice?

3.) Can you pay the person you choose through PayPal?

Thanks,
Credanco

Darn too bad your requirements aren't for "harsh southern accent and bad grammar" I can always find use for a couple hundred bucks :)

This is the best job post I have seen yet.

I do voice overs and radio commercials for 'Radio Disney'. [Laugh all you want, but at least I get some good money.] I am also about to start a live syndicated Top 40 show with v108 The Vibe.

Email me at, krosenbaum@infobeen.com for my resume.

How about using AT&T's NaturalVoice? :)

What sort of accents are you after? As I have an english accent, and so do many on here... ;)

Of course you want a british accent! It's a proven fact that 96% of Americans will buy off a company that has a british-voice on their answering machine!*

If you're interested, I'll definately do it :)

Q: Are you looking for a male or female voice for the position?

I'm male with a smooth Western Canadian accent (I think that Western Canadians are the ones without an accent myself though hehe).

For $100 a message, I'm willing to lower my normally high morals if that's what you want!

Well, can you please post a demo of you saying, or someone with a British accent:

"Shaken, not stirred" :)

I Love that line...
