Hi,

We're not very pleased with the current 1800 solution we use.

Are there any recommendations for a good 1800# solution, we current have the 1888 number we'll just transfer to the new company.

key features we need is

(1) Voicemail accessible via web possibly.
(2) Call Logs
(3) Faxes to 888# and emailed to us
(4) Multiple departments and forwarding to Numbers or Skype even along with voicemail capability for departments marked as away.
(5) Reasonable price.

Thanks

What is your current company so we do not suggest something you already are using.

I know the one that many recommend is kall8.com. Sorry if this is already what you used.

I have used both kall8.com and tollfreeforwarding.com. Although I find kall8 a little cheaper, they both offer the features you are after. In fact, I think tollfreeforwarding.com offer almost all the feature you are asking for for free, while I think kall8 charge for some.

Might be worth checking out??

Ringcentral is a great service and they have a free trial. Give it a shot.

I believe that you will be happy with Kall8 and think they will do everything you are looking for. It has truly been an amazing service for me. Everything 100% managed from the web in real-time, the voicemails and faxes can be emailed to you and I can change my ring to number anytime.

Great service!

Try looking at GotVMail.com

We've been using them for over a year now and it's a pretty good service.

Over the last several years I've used each of the following at least once: Kall8, GotVMail and FreedomVoice. I've used kall8 the longest, but all three of those providers have met my needs without any major issues.

If you like a lot of advanced features, FreedomVoice and GotVMail may still have a leg up on Kall8.

I would agree with EvaHost that tollfreeforwarding.com is a great 1-800 service with useful features included in price

We use them, and they've worked very nicely for us. You can also use Voip with it, and that works nicely. There's also a software phone that can be downloaded and used with it.

Edit: We've also used onebox in the past. It didn't feel as fully featured as ringcentral does.

I use kall8.com... have so for many, many years... at least five or to seven years...

I use my numbers for various stuff... if I were you, I'd look at the usage amount and decide off that. Kall8 might not be the best service for you, if you plan to use your 800 number a lot.
