What type of management service were you looking for, the price does seem a little limited... were you just going for basic management, e.g. monitoring, security + patching, or software config, application install, etc... as well?

It seems like your budget is a bit low. Are you looking for a managed solution or simple someone to manage the server for you? I'm assuming the ladder. If that's the case why not move the whole solution to a provider that can handle the hardware, software, network, etc. for probably what you're doing it now for?
