Im looking for a windows reseller package with good, fast support and reliable servers.
Looking something like knownhost but for windows enviroment.
I tried hostnexus but they took more than 12 hours to reply a ticket in high priority (im not a customer).
Knownhost as far is excelent providing fast support, necessary for this kind of activity.
I wait comments.

Did you check the Reseller Hosting offers section Here (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=130)? There are some good deals available. You can shortlist your hosts and use the 'Search' feature on top right of the page to get some reviews of the host. You may also want to try out a host that offers money back guarantee.

20 min response?
30 min response?
1 hr response?

Oh wow, I don't honestly think you'll find that unless there's a company that has staffed phones and no wait time. Maybe Rackspace (yes I know it's dedicated).

You'll find some companies that can respond to a ticket in 10 minutes depending on how many issues they have going on, but a 10 minute resolution time for all issues is not going to happen.

Regarding to the 10 minute response is in case of service downtime.
Imagine a company that replies a ticket 4 hours after for such thing...
For example, Known host is a good vps provider for linux, it has an active forum, and if itīs a problem they post it in the forum with an "estimate resolution time", this is good to give the customers an accurate answer.
This is what I expect... things like "we are working on it", "will be fixed asap" are not good.
As Knownhost dont offer windows vps o windows reseller hosting, Im looking for a company that works in the same way and dont keep the customers waiting for eternity.

it sounds like live support is something you will need. However only basic tickets will be dealt with quick, heavy tickets ie 3rd line support will be longer for obvious reasons such as server work etc.
