Hi all

Im interested in what software you guys think is the best.

Im wanting something that does billing / support ( tickets etc )
and live chat.

What i am looking for is an all in one software.

The Hosting Software and Control Panels (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=9) WHT forum may be a good place to ask.

I cannot think of any products that can do billing, support, *and* live chat. WHMCS (http://www.whmcs.com) and Kayako SupportSuite (http://www.kayako.com/supportsuite.php) (two separate products) should be able to together handle all three of those tasks, though.

In a nut shell, there is no "best" software there is just the best software for you. If you do a search you will find many threads.

We use Ubersmith for billing and support and Live Person for live chat.
