I think this is what you want... http://webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=5905&pagenumber=2.. BTW, that post was posted by william, VDI's owner.

I also wonder myself whether this upgrade has taken place or not... Don't seem their connectivity has become much better, so I guess it's not yet done ....

cheers,

WE will have a list of whats going to happen shortly on the
VDI page.

We are fully aware of the Net burps here and there the last 3 - 5 weeks and we are working on it before it does any damage.

We hope in the in the next 7 - 10 days we get the Corebuilder 9000 replaced with a Cisco Catalist 6500 with a layer 3 Blade. This also will Increase speed as well as improving Internal routing.

Then the additional lines that are here , not turned up, will be turned on after we get the Cisco Catalist in place.

WE have been meeting after meeting with Cisco Engineers to make sure that this Soltuion is going to make sure everything is par.

The VDI Engineers have been in testing centers to make sure that the solution is real not a "Sales Pitch" that we have seen many times in the past.

There is going to be a lot of hosting companies "Growing increadible fast in the next 3 - 6 months, and VDI does not have any room to blow it now :)

You must have had tough time today, William. And it was nice that the owner of VDI has spoken.

I was impressed with the fact that people weren't being left in the dark and calls were being answered as well as they were. As messy as the situation got, it could have been really bad if people did not know what to tell customers. That'll should hold a good amount of positive thinking on VDI's behalf.
