I have this dedicated server:
AMD CPU 1.3
512 MB RAM
40 GB HD
Linux Red Hat 7.1

Is that server OK for hosting something about 130 domains?

What are your opinions?

How much should I take or how big one more HD for back-up?

Looks like a good server to me, it can host 130 domains. However it really depends on how much space/bandwidth each domain uses.

Yes, I know abot the bandwith and space but that is not real a problem for me (it will be enough), I was just wondering is configuration ok.

It should be OK, but it depends on how many dynamic sites (php,asp,mysql etc) will be hosted on that server
