Brent,

Where are you located? And when you say - little to no "setup", are you talking about how complex it is to integrate it? Or the actual setup costs associated with it?

For instance, 2Checkout is an established 3PP and it doesn't seem too difficult to integrate but there is a $50 setup fee. (The transaction costs are also high but it can be a good match for non-U.S. merchants who do not process very large volumes)

When I say little to no setup I mean, not requiring to have a corporation, particularly not requiring to have a corporation in the U.S. with an acting principal.

For instance, paypal allows you to verify yourself by only providing a legitimate CreditCard. Alertpay allows you to verify yourself by just sending in your corporation documents (and they dont have to be US) without having to fill out a tedious form about monthly volumes/etc when you have no idea.

And/or other company's that allow you to verify with your passport/etc.

I was TOLD by 2checkout live help that you don't need to be a corporation to use them, but a day after signing up their risk department sent me a document to fill out for a US corporation.

2checkout does not require you to be a us company (2co accepts merchats from almost any country), but they do require you to verify your company or personal location/information with document prof of some sort.
