Sure it can be done. It is more like a templates shopping cart with online credit card processing. It can be done in ASP or php depending on your server.

The site is banned, that's why I had to put a space in between http://template monsters.com/ ... Just delete the space to have template and monsters as one word when you put in in your browser.
