Hello I got my dedicated server and I want to start selling webhosting. Site and everything is up, now I only need cPanel.
But I saw there are different types of cPanel ( ones for vps's and normal hosting ... ) I am not really sure which one to pick.
And last question: Where can I lease the cheapest cpanel ? is it possible to get one for let's say $30 / month ?
Thanks for answers.

The server is already up and you have not installed cPanel on it yet?

nah not yet, probably company which selling servers want over $40 for cpanel ... I will try to get it somewhere else, and maybe then reinstall centos.

If you can't cover the cost of a $40 license, then you shouldn't go into business yet. You need to be able to operate at a loss for one year or you're not ready/stable enough to start up.
Ditch the server and go with a small reseller account.

Well it's not that much of a problem, but why to pay $42 if I could get one for $30 :D ? In one year it result with over $100 ... and all I need to do, to save this $100 is spend few minutes and find cheaper one :P
The thing is though, with Cpanel its either pay the cost from your server provider or pay the costs outlined here: http://www.cpanel.net/purchase/cpwhm_pricing.htm
You cant get your Cpanel internal license from one company and get your server from another.

Ok 1 question, I see VPS licences are just $15, is it possible that I split my dedicated server on 2 vps's ( #1 will have 99% of resources and #2 will have %1 ), then I lease vps license which coast only $15, and start selling hosting packages... is this possible ? Or, do server need 1 main license to make possible adding vps licences ?

You would need VPS software, most cost money. your best get one from your host...
