is there any good billing software like modernbill that will work with 2 checkout?

First is using the normal mode where you send monthly invoices to your customers requesting them to pay. Whereas the other mode is the re-curring charge one. If you are going for the first one, then I would recommend you to go with phpManager if you are a start-up host or go with ModernBill if you are a medium sized host. Else if you selected the second mode, then I would recommend you should select PerlBill. It has all the features you need and is an excellent piece of software.
