just was thinking about doing some ecommerce site and was looking for a good working script and whats a good processor ?

or paypal id just be processing for other companies that are selling products

There is at least one company I have seen that licenses a software similar to Paypal. I think the problem for those who purchase the license is the inability to get merchant processing. Really, you might want to consider managing implementations of an open source shopping cart or some hosted shopping cart software you like and matching your merchants up with an ISO/MSP who will accommodate your desire to bill your clients a surcharge % for managing all aspects of their e-commerce business. Otherwise you can bill the merchant for your service separately, sign the merchant up for a cost-effective merchant account and then tie it all together with a cart solution.
