Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with ordering a SSL cert from http://rackshack.net/quickssldetails.asp

I ordered one after seeing posts on this thread with people saying they have received theirs in 15 minutes, well I have been waiting 20 hours.

The last email I received advised me ~

I have tried emailing them asking when I am likely to receive it but still heard nothing, any ideas folks?

Did the Designated Approver receive the approval email ? If they did and they confirm the cert identity, you should receive another email to how to proceed from there.

If not, just email sales@rackshack.net . They will reply. For me, I did not even receive that email which you received but after emailing them and 2 days later, they contacted me and I got to continue and finally got the cert.

Thanks for your advice, I set all the email addresses on the form the same but the Designated Approver (me) did not receive any further emails.

I have just emailed RS sales as you said and will see what they say.

Just so you know, if you don't acknowledge/approve within 24 hours (which would happen if you don't receive the email), then the approval email is sent again.
