Does anybody has suggestion regarding PSM vs. Server Wizards apart from the price difference? Of course, we get what we pay for. But what are the main differences in terms of response time to the non-critical incident and installation of 3rd party scripts/applications on the server which were not part of the hosting requirements.

I was a customer of both, and both are pretty good.
Price difference is coming from the services they are providing, I think.
PSM is cheap because they are managing only cPanel linux servers, where SW provides management for most of the major control panels and more linux distros.
