View Full Version : WHMReseller/Deasoft...Are they for real?

Pretty much everyone has seen threads before about issues with WHMReseller, but regardless I decided I would give it a go as I got a decent price on an owned lisense from a WHT member.

Paid promptly and was told to contact Deasoft to have the license transfered over to my IP. The usual procedure..

I emailed Deasoft and also submitted a High priority ticket to Sales, but have recieved no response and it's been over a week.

In recent threads I have seen the owner say bugs are fixed, and there are new staff to help provide additional support coverage. But 1 week without a single Human response is really taking the mick, is it not?

Seems I made the wrong choice in giving this company a chance.
Maybe I should have listened to what everyone else said a few weeks ago: See Screenshot (http://img384.imageshack.us/img384/6962/whmow3.gif)

If security is of any concern to you, contact the vendor first and ask them for an update on the security issues that were reported to them on the 7th of this month. The idea is great, but the implementation is, in my opinion, quite dangerous.

As said above, the idea is fantastic, but it needs a real company backing it. Having used the software before, it works a treat.....when it actually works.....
