I think you will do well if you go with Site5. They have been around a while and Matt is very active on this Forum (Site5-Matt)

I just recently leased a dedicated site5 server. I have only had good things to say about them. First of all I had multiple sites over many different servers. I wanted to lease a dedicated server and move them all over. I had no idea they were going to do this for me. Not only did they do this within a few days but also they gave me a great deal. Todd and Tim know their stuff (lack of a better word).

I believe the longest I had to wait for a response was about 20 minutes tops no matter what time of the day it was. I feel confident that my client’s site will be up and if there were a problem it would be resolved within no time at all.

How long have you been with them again?

I have heard nothing but good things about site5 also but, to go to the extreme and say never have problems would cause problems later if there is a 1 min downtime - Downtime is a problem so, thats my point. :)

Agree with Choppy. You'll still have problems. This is the internet afterall and things can and will go wrong. You're in safe hands.

Site5.com is a quality company that has been around for a long time, and has a proven track record of high quality services and superior support.

Choppy - In the 12+ months Ive hung around WHT, I dont think Ive seen a negative comment about Site5, that says a lot about the company. The issue isnt whether a company will have a problem, even the best do, but how the problem is handled, and Site5 has a proven record.

I said you wouldn’t have problems with site5 as far as customer service. I have been with them for a while and never had downtime that I know of. I know many people who have problems after problems with their hosting company due to customer service.
