Hi,
I have sites hosted with mellowhost.com. They have HD crashz. They provide me the MAIL folder of my account.I placed under the root. and i can see one email address with folders but it showing me the Unkown sender, and No subject, nothing in email.

Is there anyway i can get back email data from Mail folder?
