Hi, I read on Wikipedia that if a buyer pays with their credit card via moneybookers that the Credit card transactions are charged a 1.9% fee but are processed as cash transactions, resulting in card issuers additionally charging standard cash withdrawal fees.

This would mean that buyers paying with their credit card would be paying interest daily to their credit card company.
Does anyone know is this true or false?

My bank charges 1% of moneybooker transactions. For cash transactions they charge 1.5%.
