Sounds more like a complaint than a review.

any way many complaints against the same host are posted in this forum recently

In the UK your site is 'up' at present,
so I assume it got sorted.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience, H9 seems to get both extreems of comments, either good or bad, virtualy never 'in between'.

No need to apologise for your English, it's not your first language, but the important thing is we can understand you, therefore we have to assume that H9 can also understand your English.

Well if you are referring to node24 it was down for less than an hour due to a major DDoS attack but has been up without any issues since the it was resolved. I'm not sure how we deserve a bad review for this as we cannot control if someone decides to DDoS attack one of our servers. We could have easily moved you to a more reliable data center that has better DDoS protection such as The Planet rather than the data center we use in Singapore. Our Singapore data center has no DDoS protection and null routed our server due to the severity of the attack.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you but please understand there is nothing we could have done to prevent that in the Singapore data center.

phukradung.net is online perfectly fine for me. I would recommend submitting a ticket with the IP of your location if that's where you're having issues connecting from and we can check the firewall for it to see if it may be blocked for failed login attempts to the server or accidentally blocked during the attack.

Agree. With H9 users are either very satisfied or are very disapointed. Those who are in the middle though probably never bother to post a review on a public forum.
