This is at least the 3rd time that I'm hitting the 2000 post mark. Several years ago I hit it already, then some posts from certain forums weren't counted anymore which dropped everyone's postcount. In the meanwhile this happened at least 2 more times, possibly more. What was changed this time?

This is at least the 3rd time that I'm hitting the 2000 post mark. Several years ago I hit it already, then some posts from certain forums weren't counted anymore which dropped everyone's postcount. In the meanwhile this happened at least 2 more times, possibly more. What was changed this time?

The post counters are updated every now and then... sometimes that will take away posts (which were tossed or removed from public view) and sometimes it will add posts, that for whatever reason, weren't counted when the post was made.
