I have emailed and PM'd several times about purchasing a server and I have never had a response. If sales is that bad, is that what support is like?

Reboots are instant through reboot switches (APC).

TweakAdmin, please PM me the sales ticket id. I am very sure we have missed your sales ticket somehow or did not receive it at all. I already responded to your PM, but did not get the needed info to investigate this further. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm trying this forum as the last resource to reach you. I signed up for your services, paid the first month and I'm still waiting for the invoice for the 2nd month.

As much as everyone would enjoy using a free server, that's not who I am. I opened several tickets using your support system and until the moment have failed to receive an answer. I've tried contacting each one of your departments (Billing, Technical, Support).

I'm certainly going out of my way to ensure you get paid for the service you are providing me.

If I don't receive a reply I'm just going to completely abandon this server. I stopped using it about a month ago thinking you went bankrupt or something and today it occurred to me that perhaps I could get a hold of you through this forum.

Short version: I want to pay! Where is the invoice?
