Looking for good, cheap hosting for this smaller site:

Doesn't take up much space, maybe 100mb, but I'd like room to grow.

What price range are you looking at and what kind of features do you require? This will help us narrow down you choices and recommend some hosts to suit your needs.

Standard features I guess, CGI support, Perl.

I was looking for something like no more than 20-40 bucks a month. Lower would be great, I'm hoping for lower.

So they are offering 12 GB of bandwidth and 400 MB of space for only $12 per month. I have to wonder why the offer is so much lower than the industry average for those features. Even at the cheapest rates, bandwidth can cost a webhost between $2 and $7 per GB per month. With any of the discount hosts you want to check how many users they are putting on a single server.
