No but expect to be bombarded with resellers trying to promote their own services...

I will recommend them since i am using them. They are prompt in their service.

ISTBILL is really good for high risk accounts. If you do not fall into this catagory I would suggest you keep researching for a regular merchant account that will give you lower rates versus high risk rates.

Yea, I know of at least one merchant who hasn't been paid from ISTBILL. Definitely high risk.

yes, i have applied for an account with them, and after sending them all the forms they needed and the $600 setup fee, they told me the bank changed his mind and they cant accept me... but they did refund the money.
But after putting me in all the trouble and changing their mind in the end... i dont recommend.
