I apologize for not being topical, but this has got to be about as internet savvy of group of posters as you can find on the net, and I couldn't think of a better place to ask.

Does anyone know of a discussion group, message board or newsgroup that I can query about Ricochet Wireless internet access? I've done several internet searches to no avail. I signed up last Monday and and have had very mixed results. For the most part, I'm disappointed, but there may be solutions to my problems that I don't know about. Support from my reseller (GoAmerica) is virtually nonexistent.
