Just a suggestion. Please add the ability to send the response using gmail SMTP like cerberus and kayako, I'm sure you will get alot of order ;p

Yes Vision allows you to use gmail hosted emails.

a. Your own support system is not working. Captcha is not being displayed.
b. keyinfo.inc.php files is not availabel anywhere in lic system.

You should enable captcha in Admin section after you install vision.
