Hello webhosters

I have a raq3 with raq4 software, i have setup a domain with an mx pointing to our static

i get errors saying too many hops

any help with setup would be appreciated

i installed webmail and the webmail says email@hostnammag2o.com.au

I am not sure what the problem is exactly, but I would first suggest making sure that the MX record is pointing to a host name, which is valid and resolves to an IP address of where you need the email to go. In order to hit the "too many hops" limit, usually you have to be looping, and the fact that it gives up is a good thing.
