Yes, you can add more IP's during check-out and upgrade later on. You cannot upgrade the hard drive or ram during check-out at this point since the hardware is not received yet.

It is the server version of the Q9300 (like the Q6600 has the X3320), yes they are nice CPUs and faster than the X3220, even with the less cache.

@eclouds,

is it possible to get a bigger test file than 15MB? By the time my connection (from the Netherlands) starts bursting up, the download is already finished.
