Based on some posts here I purchased nutsmail's xp premium 3 days ago. In an email I was told I would be able to download soon, usually within 24 hours.
Still nothing yet, and my emails to support have gone unanswered. I sent another email to their support a few moments ago and asked to be able to download my purchase or I would have to ask for a refund.
Is this normal for their support? No replies for 3 days doesn't exactly give me the warm fuzzies.
