You should specify exactly how many VPS you have or plan to use and what kind of administration skills you require (Linux/Windows).

the number of vps it depend on the global cost of setup and management, for sure start from 2 vps.

Linux is ok.
As the service is managed i think cpanel is not needed.

As vps are cheap and i don't need lot of resources, i need and i prefer invest in high availability , security and releability instead in lot of resources.

Setup could be had for 200-300 USD and management would depend on the number of VPSs and what kind of things you need managed.

I spoke with them before.
They start from 160$ for the cluster.

1. Many people told me stay away from virtuozzo and prefer xen based.
2. There is no promotion if i pay yearly.
3. The dedicated ram for the cluster is too less.
4. The clusters are not custom as you want.

Have someone already test them ?
