I want to record and save all the IP addresses that have visited my page on my site, the time they visited and the time of last click as well. I also want to be able to clear these IP addresses so i must have a button somewhere that will allow me to delete the list.

Please tell how can I do this.

Actually you need a php coder, but anyway, have you thought of using awstats?
