I believe they are rebranding their site. They have regional specific sites now with a new logo and a new interface. If you go directly to domaincentral.com, you get a world map with links to each of their regions. For example, the US region is us.domaincentral.com. If you go there, you'll see a newly rebranded site with even cheaper domains.

I don't know about the new site, I can't buy in USD because it keeps sending me to my country which is twice the price.
