I am looking for good Internet Merchant Account Providers with good reputation to provide services for my hosting customers. I would like to have the following features.

1. No Set up fee.
2. No Application fee.
3. No Software fee.
4. No Annual fee.
5. Discount Rate < 2.5% Preferrable.
6. Per Transaction Rate < $0.30
7. MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AMEX, electronic checks acceptance.
8. Monthly statement fee <= $10.00
9. Low monthly minimum fee.
10. Low chargeback fee.
11. Gateway with Authorize.Net or PayFlow Pro (VeriSign)
12. Easy on-line application and approval.

I will recommend North American Bankcard. You should call them at 1 800 bancard. They offer the best dicount rates I have seen. However, we used Nova in the past and noticed that we were more successful in fighting chargebacks with Nova than North American. If you can keep you chargeback rate low, then they are a steal!

Check out for clickbank.com. They are good if your product is net transferable.

Also Ibill offers good rates for merchant account.
