What do you mean if its an appropriate license? Armstrong already confirmed its a legit license.

I meant if it was appropriate to my BB - I have 2.3.3.

If it is, I would like to buy this from you please. How do I contact you?

I have taken over as admin on a forum which uses bb2.3.3 but can't access the license numbers as I can no longer contact the old admin and WoltLab are being of no help at all. They have told me that I can't access the license and so have to buy a new one.

I have checked in the news section of the forum and it answers why my post count is 0 and why I can't use the PM

Why Can't I Use Private Messaging?
You must have at least 5 posts before you can use private messaging. After you have made 5 posts, you must wait up to 1 hour for your status to be upgraded.

My Post Count Appears To Be Wrong.
Posts made in the "Advertising Forums", "Social Issues", and "New Members" forums are not counted toward your cumulative post count. This is done to prevent spam.

I don't really know how to get around this as I only came here whilst searching for information about licenses
