Corporate Membership is intended primarily for advertisers and larger companies. It features a keyword reporting tool, which will let you know whenever your company name appears on WHT.
Premium Membership offers a larger PM inbox, t-shirt, access to the Premium forums, and other perks. For more details on each type of membership, see the links below:

Corporate membership includes the above does it not? Why is it still not mentioned on those pages?

Corporate Membership is separate from Premium Membership and both are described in full.

Ok. So can you sign up for both Corporate and Premium Membership? i.e. let's say a user wants increased PM space and the keyword tool.

Yes. They are separate memberships. You can sign up for one -- the other -- or both.

I really think the corporate membership should inherit the benefits of the premium membership as well.

By not making one(i.e. the corporate) inherit the other(i.e. the premium), they can get more money out of you. ;)

Precisely, though, for the price they're asking for corporate, they should have it included anyways. That's not a cheap price by any means. Of course, that's not geared towards 'small business', though.

I would have thought that as well.
Another question I have is if users actually notice when a user is a Corporate Member vs. Premium as the user bars look pretty similar.
Does Corporate members have access to Premium members forum?

No. Corporate members do not have any of the perks associated with premium membership. They are entitled to only what is listed on the linked pages.
