Support is total.. all support requests from my reseller's client will be an treated as my own direct clients' request. And we are known to go for the extra mile to make a customer happy!

Average response time will be 5-6 hours. Maximum response time will be 12 hours.

So much for the fun part.. on a serious note of creative criticism, your awesome idea of 4$/year, while quite unique is still not saleable in WHT.

We will not fail, we will not falter.. we will try till we get a dual P$ scsi with 64 IP's 24x7 support and choice of CPanel or unlimted h-sphere dedicated server with 300gb multihomed transfer for 30$/mo

...and then complain all over the main forums about lack of support, scam, 7 seconds downtime and the usual mission critical criticisms! :D

A sadder and a wiser man I rose the morrow morn...

I think you're gettin' closer with being "second or third of it's kind" :D

I personally know of two others that have been around a long time offering this type of service.
