Hello.

Here is the problem I am having.

The server I'm using is a dedicated RaQ3 from Tera-Byte.com and only the clients that are hosted by me who are on DSL/CABLE Connections cannot send mail using their domain as SMTP Server. They can send to an internal email address ( an address located on the server ) but not one outside.. like to yahoo.com or hotmail.com. Everytime they try sending it saids relaying denied.. but they can receive mail with no problem. We did not install the SMTP Relaying package this time. But I can send/recieve mail using my domain with no problem. I can even use the client's domain (soft5.com) as my SMTP and I can send. Anyone know what's wrong? Thanks!

Try adding in their IP addresses or blocks of IP addresses. Or you can do the same thing most hosts do and tell them they have to use their connectivity ISPs mail server :)

We've had problems with the latest pop-before-smtp patch issued by Cobalt earlier this month. We're trying to nail them down now.
