do you have specific requirements and/or qualifications? search for both companies to get an idea of that two companies....

many companies tell that they are the best, promise everything etc... and then don't do the job good... i hate when i wait over 50 hours to fix problem which need 20 minutes....

if the problem need 20 hours to fix .. no problem... but when i know that problem needs 20 minutes to fix i want that it's fixed in 20 or max 40 minutes...depending on speed of tech. :)

Agree. Take a look server management offers forum. Also you might want to look for a company who offer short time resolution guarantee. What you have described in your post is a long resolution time which you will mostly get if you sign up with a company who offers ~24 hours resolution time for tickets.
