 | View Full Version : is it common to have zend optimizer? ale78 08-25-2002, 11:46 PM i am considering buying zend encoder for some PHP scripts. but i guess encoded files will only work with zend optimizer 1.2.0 installed. so i wanna make sure that it is "common" to have zend optimizer installed. whats the vote? is it ok for me to encode my scripts? thanks Haze 08-25-2002, 11:54 PM I suppose that is a question you would have to ask your host. My own host does support Zend Optimizer, but my question was not about my own. Since I will "sell" my encoded scripts I want to know how universally popular Zend Optimizer is because encoded scripts would "pre-require" Zend Optimizer. Would appreciate your thoughts on this.
