Just a warning about this company, I ordered a dedicated server about 60 hours ago. Now their FAQ says 24 hour setup time max. 24 hours after order I tried to contact them via ticket. The ticket remains open, no change. After 48 hours I tried to call them. $38 worth of toll-calling and holding for 1 hour 30mins and being told I was 'first in the queue' I gave up as nobody answered. It's now been 60hours and no server, no response from JustEdge whatsoever. At this point I do not recommend you go anywhere near them.

Sorry for that issue, i will inform the techs to contact you ASAP.

I got it, but I am no longer a customer. If you are thinking about buying, the servers are good, but if you need support for anything, even reboots, response time is 3-4 hours.

This is seldom the case. There has been a staffing change and our support is much improved as of late.
